Day of Coordination

We begin working with you 6-8 weeks prior to your Wedding Day. This is for couples who want to plan their wedding, but be able to sit back and enjoy the actual day. This is tailored to relieve any responsibilities and stress from not only the Bride and Groom but their families as well. Package includes:

  • Unlimited email and phone communication

  • 1 Venue walkthrough

  • Join in on final calls with vendors

  • Create a detailed wedding timeline packet

  • 1 Hour of rehearsal

  • Set up all personal decor

  • Serve as point of contact

  • Greet guests

  • Line up the bridal party

  • Direct guests to cocktail hour

  • Have appetizer & drinks ready for B&G

  • Communicate with DJ events of the night

  • Dismiss tables for dinner-if needed

  • Alert people of key moments- toasts, first dances, grand entrance, and other traditions

  • Disperse tips on the couple’s behalf

  • Setup dessert table

Partial Planning

This package is for couples who need a little more hands-on guidance for their wedding when all the small details seem too overwhelming. We help you organize and finalize your look, create your timeline, and coordinate on your wedding day. Package includes:

  • All the items listed in the Day of Coordination package.

  • Begins at least 4 months prior to the wedding date

  • 3 design meetings

  • Provide preferred vendor list

  • Assist is seating chart and floor plan

  • Help organize and finalize vendor details

  • Pick up and drop off some selected rental items

  • Help you connect with vendors

  • Keep track of vendor payments
